Coast2Coast's PROCEDURES
When a part is received by Coas2Coast is first soaked in our parts wash solution, When removed it is wiped clean, It is then brought to our Blasting area where it is bead blasted to it's new original finish, At this point depending on the type of metal it is placed in our oven and heated to release all trapped gases *Certain metals retain gases that cause pits and bubbles in the coating* after the part is cooled it is brought into our spray booth and shot with the color of your choice. After being coated the part is returned to the oven to be cured.
